Job Description
The Joe Warren & Sons Co. is seeking a Refrigeration Field Service Technician for a commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment installation and repair. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining refrigeration systems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and advocating for additional services. The company emphasizes a strong community and family-led business approach.
Requirements
- EPA certification and a strong safety emphasis
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- High School diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in gas, electric, plumbing, and/or steam repairs (asset)
- Experience with customer communication and satisfaction
