Job Description
As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Operations team, with opportunities to contribute to various aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Administer HR systems (HRIS, EMPTrust, 7Shifts)
- Support with health and safety programs
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Conduct HR audits
- Support in managing employee documentation, files, and company policies
