Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma in a related field, strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience in B2B customer service. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, entering orders, and providing superior customer service, while meeting or exceeding branch sales and profitability targets.
Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience (B2B customer service)
- Advanced computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with both internal and external contacts
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
