Job Description
John Sisk & Son is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial reactive works team and assist operational teams to successfully deliver framework contracts. The role requires strong commercial acumen, risk management, and client relationships. The company emphasizes trust, certainty and value for clients whilst remaining at the heart of change.
Requirements
- Integrate commercial strategy, amending as needed.
- Manage tenders, analysing and selecting scope.
- Prepare & present financial forecasts and CV reconciliations.
- Prepare valuations, including certificate and invoice generation.
- Involvement in value engineering and design development.
- Negotiate commercial results.
- Manage a team of QS / AQS / CA.
