Intern, Business Analyst

The Business Analyst Intern will monitor, analyze, and communicate KPIs for Service Operations, provide analysis to establish standard work, and support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or data science & analytics
• Advanced proficiency in office business applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Knowledge and interest in PowerBI and coding preferred
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good learning attitude to accumulate: business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
