Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead and manage a team of mechanical and design engineers focused on industrial refrigeration products and turnkey solutions. The role involves providing pre-sales support, working closely with the sales team, and proposing technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration projects and products
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and refrigeration cycles
- Good experience about refrigeration applications in food, chemical, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas
- Conversant about refrigeration systems with ammonia, R507, R404a and hydrocarbon refrigerants like Propane, Propylene, etc.
- Good working knowledge about ASME, TEMA and applicable API standards for refrigeration products
- Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills
