Job Description
Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Equipment Commissioning Manager to support the Equipment North America (EqNA) organization on startup, warranty, and coordination with all other service needs. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of industry experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Technical engineering or construction degree graduate
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adobe Writer, and basic Windows operating system environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Ability to positively represent Johnson Controls and communicate with others at varying technical levels
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage a large and diverse number of projects
- Organizational and attention to details
- HVAC equipment knowledge (preferred)
- BA degree in Engineering or Construction (preferred)
