Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Dublin 12. The role involves providing technical design support, mentoring, and coaching junior staff, and interacting with external clients. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing custom air handling equipment and modular data centers, selecting equipment components, and costing units and components.
Requirements
- Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Degree (BSc. Eng., B.Eng.)
- Three or more years of related experience
- Experience in 3D design is essential (assemblies, parts & drawings) and BOM generation
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor is essential; demonstrated knowledge in proper drafting standards and practices
- Proven experience in metal fabrication (sheet metal, metal profile)
- Experience in HVAC design is desirable, including knowledge in equipment and system selection, design and control
- Proficiency in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
