Residential Team Leader

Johnson County Developmental Supports (JCDS) is seeking a Team Leader for their residential services division. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of human services experience. The Team Leader will lead the development of a High Performing Organization, provide leadership to Direct Support Professionals, and engage in Program Development and Strategic Residential Services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five (5) years of human services or relevant experience
• Three (3) years experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities/developmental disabilities or other vulnerable population
• One (1) year leading, directing, supervising, or coordinating work of others
• Ability to successfully complete JCDS training (Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid, MANDT, ANE, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
