Transit Planner (Individual Contributor VII)

The Transit Planner manages daily operations and strategic service deployment in coordination with local and regional transportation and planning agencies. They provide support and back-up for the Transportation Division Director, implement division's goals and objectives, oversee budgeting and capital projects, and manage and oversee Transit planning and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Regional Or Urban Planning, or Public Administration, or relevant field
• Two years of local or regional transportation planning experience
• Valid driver's license
• Understanding of Federal Transit Administration regulations
• Negotiation skills in regards to conflict resolution and collaboration
