Job Description
This Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) position provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders, including in-center and HSAT testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, patient education, and direct patient care. The role involves collecting patient data, analyzing it for the purpose of determining final testing parameters, and ensuring compliance with AASM scoring guidelines and applicable safety standards. Responsibilities include performing routine procedures like PAP, oxygen titration, and ensuring appropriate data acquisition and documentation.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited educational program in sleep technology or a sleep disorders certification.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
