MRI Technologist - Part Time or PRN

Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to operate magnetic resonance imaging equipment and assist with patient flow, scheduling, and paperwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as current trends and techniques of MRI and x-ray equipment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Knowledge of current trends and techniques of MRI and x-ray equipment
• Ability to operate equipment effectively
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and other staff
• Ability to clearly explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and obtain cooperation
