José Andrés restaurants are seeking a Bartender to provide a high-quality, authentic culinary and beverage experience. This role requires maintaining bar operations, prepping cocktails, and contributing to the team's innovative menu development. Requirements
- Exceed guest expectations with excellent service.
- Maintain and oversee all aspects of the bar.
- Prepare and execute a wide variety of cocktails.
- Proficiency in menu item preparation and beverage pairings.
- Knowledge of Greek, Lebanese and Turkish wines (a plus).
- Problem solving and self-motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing/walking for the full 100% of the time.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Physical stamina for up to 8 hours.
