Job Description
José Andrés Group is seeking Dishwashers (Stewards) for its Back of House department, responsible for keeping the kitchen and all necessary spaces clean, safe, and service-ready. This includes washing and operating dish machines, maintaining par levels, and supporting the culinary and service teams during busy shifts.
Requirements
- 6+ months steward/dish experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of basic sanitation, ware washing, and safe chemical handling
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Schedule flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to follow checklists and direction in a fast-paced environment
