Requirements
- Leverage knife skills and experience.
- Seamlessly prepare and run a station during busy service.
- Understand all ingredients and recipes.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
