Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in an information technology-related field
- On-Prem and Cloud Technologies experience
- Active Directory and Application support experience
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Active Directory
- Experience in laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of telephony solutions and network concepts and equipment
- Experience in managing user onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for task tracking and resolution
- Strong End user support experience
