Customer Support Employee

As a Customer Service Employee at JouwWeb (Webador), you will support customers and improve their experience by writing, translating, and optimizing texts on our website, in help articles, and emails. You will work with the support team, country managers, and Content Marketer to ensure all copy is concise, clear, and consistent.

Requirements

• HBO work and thinking level
• Experience in a customer-oriented environment
• Affinity with copywriting or content creation
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with another language is a plus
• Affinity with technology and SaaS products
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
