Requirements

• Highly creative, engaging, child-focused individual
• Knowledge of child development and ability to redirect behavior in a firm but friendly way
• 2+ years childcare, babysitter or nanny experience, preferably including infant and toddler experience
• Reliable insured vehicle for travel to family homes
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma/GED
• CPR trained or willingness to receive training
