Job Description
Jr. Davis Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Crew Chief for a survey and layout team. The role involves leading survey crews on highway construction projects, performing layout, as-built surveys, and managing field data collection. The company is a leading heavy highway construction firm with a family-business feel and offers training and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of land surveying experience (construction layout preferred).
- Familiarity with Trimble GPS, Total Station, and related software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Able to carry survey equipment in various terrain.
- Strong focus on safety.
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel.
