Job Description
This position is for a small engine or power equipment mechanic to repair and maintain engines, both gas and diesel, including hydraulic equipment. The role involves providing maintenance, repair, and operation, serving as a lead on a maintenance crew and assisting with course maintenance. Responsibilities include sharpening mowers, operating irrigation systems, and performing preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Graduation from a standard high school
- Two (2) years’ work experience in operation, repair and maintenance of small equipment, both diesel and gasoline type engines and hydraulic equipment
- Two (2) years’ experience in the operation, maintenance, and sharpening of golf course mowing equipment.
- Valid Florida Driver's License
