JRM is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist Project Managers in the planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure and have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor is preferred
- Resourceful, driven, self-motivated individual
- Ability to manage detailed financial obligations and objectives
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines and meet them
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading commercial construction plans and specifications
