Assembly Maintenance Tech A

Seeking a skilled Automated Assembly Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated assembly equipment. Must have mechanical inclinations, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience in automated manufacturing maintenance.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly equipment (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems)
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedule
• Complete production changeovers
• Conduct pre-production equipment checks
• Inspect and approve first-piece samples
• Use calibrated measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Enter maintenance data into CMMS system
• Report equipment issues to the Assembly Maintenance Supervisor
• Support production during relief periods when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area (5S standards)
