Supervisor, Aircraft Maintenance

As an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance personnel and ensure aircraft are safely and compliantly maintained. You will plan and assign work, conduct daily briefings, and perform pre- and post-flight inspections. You will also maintain a clean and organized working environment and be part of a team that values safety and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 6 years A&P experience on similar aircraft
• 4 years Supervisory, lead experience, or equivalent
• Ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to perform intermittent physical activity, including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing
• Available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
• Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines
• Ability to operate forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, etc.
• Ability to taxi and engine run an airplane
• Must procure own tool set
