Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven finance professional who will lead the financial and accounting processes in Moldova, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, strong financial governance, and effective support to business decision-making.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, ERP processes, taxation, and treasury
- Proven people management and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
- Fluency in Romanian and English
