The Electrical Engineer plays a key role in designing, analyzing, and testing electrical power equipment and systems.

Requirements

Prepare One-Line diagrams, technical drawings, and specifications for packaged backup electrical power systems
Develop designs for integrating electrical components
Create load-balanced circuit diagrams and ensure proper documentation
Perform engineering analysis on electrical systems used in JTS products
Create and manage Bills of Material (BOMs)
Evaluate electrical equipment for compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, government regulations, and performance criteria
Ensure adherence to safety codes and regulations in all electrical designs and installations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineers, departments, and external partners
Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Research new technologies, trends, and methods to enhance product design and system performance
Assess long- and short-term implications of engineering decisions and alternative solutions
Understand manufacturing requirements and cost considerations when designing systems
Participate in the development of moderately complex project plans and support engineering activities for clients
Identify design or build issues, develop solutions, prepare documentation, and ensure timely resolution
Provide clear technical documentation, updates, and support to engineers, project teams, and management
