Job Description
The Swing Shift Tank Lead plays a pivotal hands-on leadership role in overseeing daily welding and fabrication operations related to tank production within a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of industrial or commercial welding/fabrication experience
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, welding techniques, and inspection standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to welding and tank operations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
