Application Operation Manager 100% (f/m/d)

Julius Baer is seeking an Application Operation Manager to oversee the end-to-end operation of an IT service in accordance with predefined service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in projects or operational management of IT applications and be proficient in tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and Governance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in projects or operational management of IT applications
• Dynamic and agile mindset, being passionate about operations
• Able to work under pressure and manage a portfolio of tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, co-ordinational and leading skills
• Proficiency in tools and technologies related to IT service management, Operations and Governance
• Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and other relevant frameworks
• Experience / understanding of Data Lake / Data Lake House technology stake (Kafka, Kubernetes, S3, VMware..)
• Experience / understanding of Data architecture, data pipelines and data products
• Proven experience in IT service management, operations, and IT governance
• Relevant higher education and professional background within computer science
