FCC, Compliance Control Officer

We are seeking a Compliance Control Officer to support the Senior Management in ensuring compliance with external and internal regulations to actively manage operational, regulatory and reputational risks. The role will be responsible for performing second line of defence, monitoring and controls across the Compliance function, and supporting the Regional Head FCC in implementation of compliance controls.

Requirements

• Degree qualified with more than 3 years of Compliance Testing/Quality Assurance or Audit experience
• Good knowledge of the regulatory environment and risk management
• Experience in engaging with regulatory authorities and auditors
• Knowledge of business, processes, standards, policies and procedures in a private banking sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
