Job Description
We are looking for a Requirements Engineer / IT Business Analyst to lead the analysis of Legal Reporting processes and data flows within the AXIOM solution landscape. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 4 years dedicated to Legal Reporting in financial services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 4 years dedicated to Legal Reporting in financial services
- Proven involvement in AXIOM implementations or similar large-scale regulatory reporting programs
- Strong analytical mind with the ability to understand complex business contexts and legacy system environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and building trust across cultures and departments
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); good German language skills are highly desirable
