Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a security role within a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and administrative purposes
- Experience using security systems such as CCTV, access control, and incident reporting platforms
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to balance safety and guest experience
- A team player with strong leadership skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
