Jump Trading Group is hiring an Early Career Talent Development Programs Specialist in Chicago to join their global Talent Development team. The role involves designing and delivering world-class learning and development programs for US technology teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others grow in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Oversee and implement high-profile intern and full-time early career talent programs
- Partner with CTOs and Tech leads to understand business goals and knowledge/skill needs
- Manage campus talent mobility process with data, transparency, and empathy
- Serve as manager for Tech campus hires and propose solutions across the Early Career lifecycle
