JumpCloud is seeking a bilingual Account Manager to manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of customers within our French-speaking markets (France, Benelux, etc.). The role requires operational discipline and a strong history of negotiating contracts, handling renewals, and exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS/Tech sector.

Requirements

• Language: Native or bilingual fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Regional Experience: You must have mandatory prior experience in a sales or account management role conducting business in French.
• Commercial Acumen: A strong history of negotiating contracts, handling renewals, and exceeding revenue targets in the SaaS/Tech sector.
• Communication: Ability to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders in both languages.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
