Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Operations Director to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee and manage a team of ~8 cross-functional leaders, ensuring the seamless execution of operational processes across all service lines.
Requirements
- Min. 8+ years experience with 4+ years hands on marketing & project management
- Well versed in SEO, inbound, content, social, & web dev, email, paid, design
- Min. 4 years management of team sizes of 10+ direct reports
- Tenure & achievement in a growth environment/overseeing teams of 50-100 team members
- Highly systems-focused with experience in SOPs, KPIs, and building high-performance teams
- Proven in coaching & managing performance in multiple 8 figure revenue firm ($15-$50M+)
