Job Description
Jupiter Power is an energy infrastructure company seeking an Associate, Project Finance and Capital Markets to join its Project Finance team. The role involves creating and maintaining financial models, analyzing assets, and supporting project finance debt and tax equity transactions.
Requirements
- Build and maintain project-level financial models
- Run scenario analysis and summarize results in reports
- Support execution of project finance debt and tax equity transactions
- Review financing documents
- Prepare financial information for company reporting packages
- Assist in evaluating portfolio-level financing strategies
- Work closely with the organization to prepare for and execute on financing transactions
- Assist with commercial and financial analysis of power purchase agreements and other ad-hoc analysis
