Job Description
Jus IA is a technology company seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to contribute to the development of solutions for legal information. The role involves building machine learning and generative AI systems applied to the Brazilian legal area, focusing on solving real problems and creating impactful, scalable solutions. Requirements
- Solid foundation in Computer Science (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems architecture)
- Experience with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG)
- Knowledge in embeddings, document vectorization, ranking, and semantic search
- Evaluation of models and performance metrics
- MLOps & Deploy: Experience putting models into production
- Cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Programming: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain)
- Good software practices (testing, versioning, modularization)
