Job Description
We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to lead our team and provide excellent customer service. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for receiving deliveries, inputting inventory data, and ensuring all product remains in FIFO order.
Requirements
- Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Assist Patient Care Specialists in the consultation of patients
- Receive new deliveries and ensure all manifests are accurate
- Complete and delegate tasks assigned during a scheduled shift
- Work with the Management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly
