Payroll & Benefits Administrator

The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for managing and executing payroll for approximately 350 employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and timely submission of all relevant filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Administration, Payroll Administration or Compensation & Benefits support roles
• Experience working with in-house payroll processes
• Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems and employee data management
• Experience handling employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, employment changes, terminations)
• Knowledge of Greek labor legislation and HR administrative procedures, including ERGANI submissions
• Experience coordinating with external providers such as insurance companies or service partners
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced HR operational environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills with a service-oriented mindset
