Power BI Developer

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our IT-driven development team in Altamonte Springs. This role is responsible for designing, building, and delivering dashboards, reports, and data solutions that enable the organization to move toward a more data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Administration, and Operations to gather requirements and design reports.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (Desktop and Service).
• Develop DAX queries, Power Query transformations, and data models.
• Connect and integrate with various data sources, including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, and HubSpot.
• Apply Row-Level Security and manage workspace setup.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives and leadership teams, to deliver actionable insights.
• Document processes, maintain governance standards, and ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver admin dashboards and sales manager dashboards within the first 90 days.
• Support the activation and adoption of the organization’s new data warehouse.
