As an LLM Engineer, you'll leverage AI and LLMs to solve real-world problems, develop automation solutions in self-managed teams, and optimize LLMs through fine-tuning and RAG. You'll be involved in the entire development process, from conceptualization to deployment, within a young and growing company offering exciting opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Outstanding Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Comprehensive and current knowledge in the area of LLMs
- Familiarity with the latest models, benchmarks, and frameworks
- In-depth technical understanding of transformer architecture
- Experience with RAG, prompting, hosting, and fine-tuning LLMs
- Excellent programming skills and experience with successful software projects
- Ability to effectively leverage AI for assistance, particularly in coding
- High level of responsibility and risk identification skills
