Job Description
JustAnswer is seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help shape the next chapter of its journey. The role involves shaping company strategy, optimizing the portfolio of brands, and building a compelling blueprint for sustainable, long-term value creation. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who sees financials as the language of vision and has experience driving transformation and enterprise value creation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including CFO or divisional CFO experience in growth-stage or PE-backed companies
- Background in private equity, top-tier management consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG), corporate development, or investment banking with in-house operational experience
- Proven success driving transformation and enterprise value creation
- Exceptional storyteller who connects financial insight and vision into a persuasive strategic narrative
- Experienced across multi-channel, digital, B2C, B2B, or subscription-based business models
- Strong communicator with boardroom presence and executive gravitas
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
