Job Description
JustAnswer is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to lead and grow a team focused on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and AI. The role involves shaping analytical infrastructure, mentoring analysts, and translating data insights into actionable strategies for a globally distributed workforce. This is a data-driven role for someone who loves both data and people.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field
- Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, Bayesian, or multi-armed bandit approaches)
- Experience working with APIs and modern AI tools
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
