We are looking for a Clinician to work with youth ages 6 to 12 in a therapeutic after-school and summer program. The Clinician will provide clinical care, coordination, and support to ensure the success of each client. The role involves working with a small team, coordinating with families, schools, and community agencies, and utilizing creative methods to support the unique needs of each child.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, psychology, counseling, or related field from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of growth and development, and ability to interpret information in terms of the needs of emotionally disturbed, mentally ill youth and their families
- Valid driver's license, as transporting youth is required
- Ability to work afternoons into evenings, providing flexibility in the mornings and weekends
- Experience working with latency age children or experience in behavior modification is preferred
