Peer Leader

We are looking for a Peer Leader to support our clients to achieve their goals in our LGBTQIA+ youth services program. As a leader in LGBTQIA+ youth services, you will provide education, skills coaching, outreach, and accompaniment to individuals and groups of clients.

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma is required
• Experience as a young person who is knowledge of the population served
• Must be able to take initiative and direct teams of multi-disciplinary professionals and advocate for the clients
• Able to work alone in an unsupervised environment
• Must be available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts as necessary
• Must have daily access to reliable, insured vehicle and active Driver’s License
