Tax Associate, Client Tax Services and Solutions

Justworks is a company that helps businesses get off the ground by enabling them to focus on running their business. The Tax Associate, Client Tax Services and Solutions role will support existing tax related services and contribute to growing service offerings.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm providing tax consulting or tax compliance services
• 1-2 years of experience working with one or more business entity types (C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC, etc) from multiple industries
• CPA license or eligibility for the CPA license required
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point) and Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)
• Experience with reading and learning complex federal and state legislation
• Good business partnership instincts: an ability to quickly develop trusted relationships among functional peers
• Strong communication skills that are suitable for a fast paced, rapid decision-making environment
