The Career Coach-Refugee Services is responsible for developing strong job leads and providing high quality career counseling, training, and job placement assistance to refugee and immigrant job seekers in the Brockton area.
Requirements
- Associate degree in human services, Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in workforce development, coaching, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft 365 skills
- Bilingual or additional language proficiency preferred
