As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, the customer has the best experience, and the team performs at top level. Requirements

• Work/technical level of MBO
• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, preferably with leadership
• Experience with leadership, coaching colleagues, and conducting conversations
