Director of Data Architecture

The Director of Data Architecture will lead the design and execution of the enterprise data strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions that enable advanced analytics and business intelligence.

Requirements

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives and future-state architecture.
• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, including data models, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Lead the development and optimization of data warehousing solutions, ensuring scalability and performance for analytics and reporting.
• Oversee data migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, including metadata management, data quality, and security standards.
• Drive adoption of cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake experience strongly preferred) and modern ETL/ELT tools.
• Manage and mentor a team of data architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
