Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy systems, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in grid compliance, certification, approval processes, or a similar field
• In-depth knowledge of relevant US standards and product requirements
• Basic knowledge of power electronics
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as PowerFactory, PSCAD, or PSSE
• Experience with laboratory equipment and test setups
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Good German skills are a strong advantage
• Solid MS Office skills
