Electrical Engineer 3rd Level Support position at KACO new energy, responsible for analyzing and processing complex technical inquiries and disturbances in photovoltaic and storage inverters and energy systems.

Requirements

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification
• Long-term professional experience in technical support, preferably in photovoltaics or power electronics
• Expert knowledge in log data and error analysis and working with diagnostic tools
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Team skills, communication strength, and interdisciplinary thinking
