Job Description
We are looking for a Consultant Safety Culture to help organisations modernise responsibly and improve their safety culture.
Requirements
- Completed HBO/WO degree, for example towards; Safety Expert, Labour and Organisational Expert, A&O psychology/ change management or Sociology
- At least 2 years of work experience as a soft skills trainer; communicative skills, leadership development, team development
- Knowledge about (physical) safety, health and well-being is a plus
- Driving licence
